Fantastic new owners pouring their energy back into the hotel which has sparkling new rooms, beautifully decorated. The Victorian windows and balcony are a delight to enjoy this seaside town. Even though this is only B&B the owners could not have been more helpful offering us a meal when we arrived in late from walking when they really didn’t need to. Good luck to this new venture, I’m so pleased we got to be one of the first guests. Thank you.
Decided to stay here for a long needed weekend away, and we were blown away with this place. Janet and Niell made us feel incredibly welcome, the room was perfect, along with the food and other facilities. Such a short walk from the village and beach, too. Will absolutely be staying here again next summer and totally recommend staying here!
Arrived not knowing what to expect as the weekend stay was a surprise for me, organised by my wife.
The whole two days was just fantastic.
The B&B is spotless.

Large freshly decorated room. The breakfast was impressive. There is also a friendly snug bar area. It was located close to the Coast Path and the Dolphin Inn had a good menu for dinner.
Excellent location, close to centre of Combe Martin, walking distance to coastal path and beaches. Room was good size and very comfortable. Warm welcome, great hosts and the breakfast was great . Definitely visit again.
We booked a two night break and had a lovely time. The new owners are completely redecorating the hotel and it’s looking bright and cheerful. Breakfasts were tasty and generous. The bar area is very welcoming and a good place to meet other guests. The hotel is just a short walk from the harbour and beach of Combe Martin
A few hundred yards from the harbour up a short rise, with its own small car park. Immaculately decorated with large spotless rooms each with good facilities, and some with balconies to the rear with a lovely view.
Breakfast is superb, well organised, good choices, and perfectly cooked. Service is excellent, friendly, efficient and nothing too much trouble.
Had the most amazing 3 days with Jan and Neil. They’ve recently taken over the place and they’ve done so much in such a short time to upgrade it. The room and bathroom we had was clean and the bed comfy. The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit salad and a range of different options for a cooked breakfast. The bar was stocked with what we wanted to drink and it was nice meeting other guests whilst sitting in the bar area. The pool area was also lovely. Will definitely be returning. Thank you for an awesome stay
